Clary is a SaaS productivity companion that unifies tasks, calendar, projects and team collaboration in one calm, focused workspace — available on web and mobile.
We built both the brand and the product surface: identity system, marketing site hero, desktop dashboard, mobile companion app, social and story creatives, and a city-scale OOH launch campaign.

/ CHALLENGE
Modern teams open twelve tabs to do one thing. Tasks live in one app, calendar in another, conversations in a third, files in a fourth — and the cost is paid in attention. Productivity software that promises to fix this has become part of the noise it set out to silence.
Clary needed a brand and a product that felt like the opposite of that — calm where the category is noisy, focused where it's frantic, and trustworthy enough to be the one workspace a team actually defaults to.

Buyers in this category aren't shopping for another feature list. They're shopping for the feeling of looking at their week and not flinching. The moment when the noise drops and the next thing to do is obvious.
That insight became the engine of the system. The brand, the product UI, and the marketing all carry the same job — to lower the temperature of work and make the next step clear.

/ CONCEPT
We built Clary on a soft, glassy visual language — translucent surfaces, mint-to-lavender gradients, deep navy text — paired with a playful 3D icon library that gives the system warmth without the noise.
The mark itself is a rounded glass square: a quiet stand-in for a checked box, a window, a workspace. Friendly enough for a mobile app icon. Confident enough for the side of a building.

/ EXECUTION
A rounded-square glass mark paired with a confident geometric wordmark. The icon flexes from a 32px favicon to a full app-store tile without losing its glow. Stacked, horizontal and icon-only lockups give the brand room to breathe across surfaces — from a sign-in screen to a billboard.
Cotton White #F7FBFD as the calm ground. Deep Navy #0E1A36 as the foreground that anchors every line of type. A soft mint-to-lavender gradient (#9DE8DD → #C7B8F4) carries the signature glow on the icon, the buttons, and the marketing surfaces. Reserved coral and mint accents flag what needs attention — and only that.
A modern geometric sans carries the wordmark, the headlines and the product UI in a single voice — even-weighted, friendly, and quietly premium. Body type is set generously so a Today's Tasks list reads like a calm to-do, not a wall of work.
A calm dashboard that opens with Welcome back, [name] — surfacing Today's Tasks, Active Projects, Focus Time and a Productivity Insights chart in a single glance. Cards use the same soft glass surfaces as the brand, so the marketing site and the product feel like one continuous space.
A native iOS companion built around the same calm grid: a Good morning, [name] greeting, a two-card stats row (Tasks completed / Time saved), and a Today's Tasks stack with checkbox-first interactions. A four-tab bottom nav — Home, Tasks, Calendar, Profile — keeps everything one tap away without ever feeling crowded.
